4 Korban Musibah Kebakaran Lapas Kelas I Tangerang Berhasil Teridentifikasi

Postnewstime l Jakarta,- Tim Disaster Victim Identification (DVI) Kepolisian Negara Republik Indonesia (Polri) telah berhasil mengidentifikasi empat korban meninggal dalam musibah kebakaran Lembaga Pemasyarakatan (Lapas) Kelas I Tangerang.

Hal tersebut disampaikan Kepala Biro Penerangan Masyarakat (Karopenmas) Mabes Polri, Brigjend Rusdi Hartono, dalam konferensi pers Ops DVI Kebakaran Lapas Tangerang di Pusdokkes Polri RS Bhayangkara Tk. I Raden Said Sukanto, Jumat (10/09/2021).

Hadir dalam konferensi pers tersebut, Direktur Pembinaan Narapidana dan Latihan Kerja Produksi Direktorat Jenderal Pemasyarakatan, Thurman Hutapea. Pihaknya mengapresiasi Tim DVI Polri yang telah bekerja keras dalam proses identifikasi.

“Terima kasih kepada tim yang telah berhasil menemukan empat korban teridentifikasi dan kami siap menerima untuk kemudian segera diberikan pada pihak keluarga korban yang dipertanggungjawabkan oleh Kementerian Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia hingga proses pemakaman,” urai Thurman.

Karopenmas Mabes Polri menerangkan hingga hari ini pihaknya telah menerima 35 keluarga korban musibah yang menyerahkan data ante mortem. Ia mengimbau seluruh keluarga korban meninggal lainnya untuk segera menyerahkan data-data yang dibutuhkan.

Sementara itu, menurut keterangan Kepala Bidang Humas Polda Metro Jaya, Argo Yuwono, hingga Kamis (9/9) pihaknya telah memeriksa 20 saksi yang terdiri dari petugas Lapas Kelas I Tangerang yang bertugas saat kejadian, Warga Binaan Pemasyarakatan pada Blok C2 yang selamat, dan pendamping WBP.

“Tim laboratorium forensik masih bekerja, sudah mulai ketemu titik terang terjadinya kejadian, kemarin malam telah dilaksanakan gelar perkara, tadi pagi sudah dinaikkan ke penyidikan tindak lanjut kedepan menyiapkan administrasi untuk pelaksanaan penyidikan,” pungkasnya.
