Azis Syamsuddin Ditahan KPK, Warga Lampung: Ahmad Bastian Kapan Ditangkap

Postnewstime l Bandar Lampung – Komisi Pemberantas Korupsi (KPK) telah menangkap dan menahan Wakil Ketua DPR RI, Azis Syamsuddin, terduga pelaku tindak pidana korupsi, yakni memberikan uang dan/atau janji kepada mantan penyidik KPK, Stepanus Robin Pattuju, senilai Rp. 3,1 miliar, pada Sabtu dini hari, 25 September 2021. Pemberian suap Rp. 3,1 miliar itu dimaksudkan untuk memuluskan pengurusan kasus yang sedang disidik KPK di Kabupaten Lampung Tengah.

Masyarakat Indonesia terlihat senang dan bersemangat kembali menjalani hidup kesehariannya di tengah bangsa yang sarat perilaku koruptif para pejabatnya ini. Namun tidak demikian bagi sebagian besar rakyat Lampung. Mereka masih belum menunjukkan rasa puas atas kinerja KPK di bawah pimpinan Firli Bahuri itu. Mereka menilai masih banyak pejabat di Provinsi Lampung yang korup tapi selama ini terkesan dibiarkan melenggang, bahkan mendapatkan jabatan dengan gaji belasan miliar per tahun.

“Salah satunya, itu si terduga koruptor Ahmad Bastian, pengusaha Lampung Selatan yang terindikasi kuat menyuap mantan Bupati Lampung Selatan, Zainuddin Hasan. Padahal nilai uang yang dikorupsi Ahmad Bastian jauh lebih besar dari Azis Syamsuddin, yakni Rp. 9,6 miliar. Tapi mengapa dia belum ditangkap dan ditahan KPK? Apakah ada kekuatan maha kuat yang menjadi backing Ahmad Bastian itu sehingga KPK tidak bernyali untuk menetapkannya sebagai tersangka?” beber Edi Suryadi, warga Bandar Lampung yang menjabat sebagai Sekjen Topan-RI ini keheranan, Sabtu, 25 September 2021.

Berbagai pihak yang terkait dengan peristiwa suap-menyuap fee-proyek di Lampung Selatan, lanjut Edi Suryadi, sudah memberi kesaksian di Pengadilan Tipikor, yang menerangkan bahwa Ahmad Bastian terlibat dalam pemberian fee-proyek kepada mantan Bupati Lampung Selatan melalui orang kepercayaan mantan Bupati itu, Agus Bakti Nugroho. Bahkan, Ahmad Bastian sendiri sudah mengakui memberi fee proyek kepada Zainuddin Hasan, walaupun yang diakuinya hanya Rp. 500 juta. Hingga saat ini KPK terlihat enggan dan/atau ragu-ragu dalam menetapkan Ahmad Bastian sebagai tersangka.

“Zainuddin Hasan sudah divonis dan sedang menjalani masa tahanan 12 tahun penjara. Demikian juga Agus Bakti Nugroho, sudah divonis 4 tahun. Beberapa orang yang terlibat dalam lingkaran mafia korupsi fee-proyek mantan Zainuddin Hasan juga sudah diputus, seperti mantan Kadis PUPR Kabupaten Lampung Selatan, Anjar Asmara yang divonis 4 tahun dan Hermansyah Hamidi dengan vonis 7 tahun. Lah, para penyuapnya, seperti Ahmad Bastian kok belum diproses lanjut menjadi tersangka?” tanya Edi Suryadi lagi.

Dalam pemberitaan yang beredar sebelumnya, sebagaimana dikutip dari media www.kirka.co, Ketua DPP Lembaga Swadaya Masyarakat (LSM) Pergerakan Masyarakat Anti Korupsi (Pematank), Suadi Romli, menilai ada keterlibatan Ahmad Bastian untuk kasus korupsi fee proyek Dinas PUPR Lampung Selatan. “Dalam pandangan saya, jelas dong adanya keterlibatan saksi dalam kaloborasi tindak pidana korupsi,” ungkap Romli.

Penyidik KPK, menurut Romli, wajib mendalami keterangan dari saksi tersebut. Karena, jika melihat dari keterangan saksi Ahmad Bastian, terlepas kebenaran itu uang pinjaman atau buka, kata dia, ada aliran dana disana.

Juga, kata Romli lagi, berdasarkan keterangan Jaksa KPK, Taufiq Ibunugroho, saat membacakan BAP Ahmad Bastian di persidangan, anggota DPD RI itu pernah memberikan uang Rp 500 juta kepada Agus Bakti Nugroho dengan maksud mendapat paket pekerjaan Rp 9 miliar.

“Jelas ada aliran dana lewat dia, dengan perjanjian proyek. Hal ini wajib dilakukan penyidikan oleh KPK agar persoalan tersebut jelas di permukaan. Karena sudah bisa diambil kesimpulan bahwa saksi punya peran juga dalam lingkaran fee proyek Lampung Selatan,” tegas Romli.

Untuk itu, harap Edi Suryadi, pihaknya mendorong KPK untuk mengusut dengan serius dugaan tindak pidana korupsi yang dilakukan oleh Ahmad Bastian yang kini sedang berleha-leha menghabiskan uang negara miliaran rupiah sebagai anggota DPD-RI di Senayan sana. “Rugi berkali-kali lipat rakyat di negara ini, sudah dikorup uang mereka, sekarang kita bayar pula biaya hidupnya si terduga koruptor itu di Senayan sana. Kita ini benar-benar rakyat yang mudah dibodohi para koruptor!” ungkap Edi Suryadi dengan nada kesal.
