Wali Kota Tangerang H. Arief R. Wismansyah kali ini berkesempatan meninjau pelaksanaan Job Fair tingkat Kelurahan didampingi Plt. Kepala Dinas Ketenagakerjaan serta Camat Cipondoh yang saat ini digelar di Kelurahan Gondrong Kecamatan Cipondoh, Senin (20/12/21).
Dalam kesempatannya, Arief mengimbau kepada masyarakat untuk bisa memanfaatkan program penanganan pengangguran yang terus digencarkan oleh Pemkot Tangerang salah satunya program Job Fair bagi warga Kota Tangerang yang sedang mencari pekerjaan.
“Pak Lurah dan Pak Camat bekerja sama dengan RT RW setempat untuk mensosialisasikan kepada masyarakat kalau mereka butuh mencari pekerjaan tinggal datang ke Kelurahan sudah ada jadwalnya,”
“Mudah – mudahan masyarakat bisa mengakses dan memanfaatkan program ini dan terus meningkatkan kompetensi keahlian agar pemberi kerja bisa merekrut sesuai yang dibutuhkan,” imbau Arief.
Lebih lanjut Arief mengungkapkan dalam rangka ekonomi recovery Pemerintah Kota Tangerang terus berupaya membantu warga secara komprehensif.
“Mulai dari memberikan pelatihan skill dengan membuka Balai Latihan Kerja di 104 Kelurahan, mendatangkan pemberi kerja seperti saat ini sampai dalam bentuk bantuan seperti Tangerang Bisa bagi wirausaha dan Tangerang Emas bantuan pinjaman modal dengan bunga nol persen,” ungkap Arief.
Arief menerangkan bahwa Pemerintah Kota Tangerang telah dan terus berkomitmen dalam memfasilitasi warganya dalam untuk kesejahteraan.
“Semoga dengan komitmen pemerintah untuk menyejahterakan masyarakat terlebih dengan adanya kegiatan Job Fair ini bisa menjadi jalan keluar untuk mereka semua,” pungkas Wali Kota Tangerang.
